Kuya J is bringing us the great Filipino gastronomic delights with high quality dishes and unique tastes in a home dining experience. The branch opening was attended by the main man himself, Jericho Rosales!
Here are some of my Kuya J Favorites:
- Beef Caldereta – Slowly simmered pot roast beef in a cheesy and spicy tomato-based sauce.
- Kuya J Crispy Pata – Deep-fried crispy pork skin with tender juicy pata meat.
- Kuya J Kare-Kare – Succulent beef stew in thick savory peanut sauce.
- Grilled Scallops – Grilled cheesy scallops with butter topping.
- Kuya J Roast Chicken – Sweet and smoky roast chicken flavored with Kuya J special sauce
- Kuya J Ube Halo – Halo Espesyal – Ube-flavored shaved ice over nata de coco, langka, and beans topped with leche flan and cornflakes.
Aside from their “Bida Dishes” and Bida Sets “Meals 2 Love”, you can also enjoy their Solo Meals because at Kuya J “Sarap Maging Single”!
