Pedro ‘N Coi Encounter At Sta Lucia East Grand Mall

We went to Sta Lucia East Grand Mall to find some few things we might find useful to make our room more organized and a bit crafty on the other side. After almost an hour or two or maybe three? We decided to have dinner before heading home.
A certain pathway caught my attention heading to the other mall across Sta Lucia East to IL Centro Mall. Puzzled and curious, I asked Dee if we can go there, explore the place and try something new.
Here comes the Pedro ‘N Coi encounter. The so much Pinoy vibe and approach magnetized me, as if inviting to have a sit and try their delicacy. Everything on their menu is well known Filipino Food. From home made taste dishes to your favorite street food.
We consider ordering their version of Lechon Kawali with 5 different sauces to suit your taste buds. Also their so called Tunog Kalye Set which consist of the following: Fishball, Kikiam, KwekKwek and Chicken Skin, just the exact combination of all time best-loved street food. For drink, we had sago’t gulaman.
As per verdict, maybe I/We had the wrong choice of food, I didn’t enjoy what we had for dinner, perhaps I expected way too much.

This all looks and sounds delicious. What a fun experience too. I'm not very outgoing when it comes to food regularly, but when I travel to new places or go somewhere exciting, I tend to try new things.

It's such a bummer when we eat out and it isn't the best. I feel your pain. Promise you won't give up on Fillipino food though. We have a neighbor who makes it and honestly .. they are some of the best meals I've ever eaten.
